"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

Lockheed has LMHealthWorks. Its a health and fitness plan. If your doctor is in the network, it is really good. There is a high deductible per year. But if you meet it, then 85%. My wife did all the medical stuff, but I like it.

401k has very low management fees, a good set of index funds. I get a 4% match and another automatic 4% for being with the company for more than 5 years. I don't think the automatic 4% is available to new hires.

Retirement plan is a 50% match, up the employer provided 4%, plus an additional fund that starts at 3% (regardless of the amount you invest) then increases to 4% after 5 years, resulting in a total 8%.
