"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

3 weeks vacation immediately, plus almost a week of floating holidays on top of the fixed ones. Health insurance is okay, employee discount program is decent. Just a solid set of benefits that you would expect from a large company.

Health insurance and savings plans are good with this company. There are lots of choices available and the employee can make adjustments every year. Vacations and time off are honored and teams are able to compensate and adjust workloads.
