ALSTOM benefits

Company offers all the usual benefits... medical, dental, vision, 401K matching up to 6%. The company used to cover vision fully but within the last year has stopped covering vision and now the dental is more expensive as well. Every time I have a doctor visit or procedure done, I have TONS of bills I have to pay. Our insurance barely covers anything; therefore every time I need medical assistance, I end up paying lots of money for basic health care. Our insurance plan is a joke.

The best thing is the 401k catch up. If you contribute %5 the company adds 4% on top of that. There is also additional contribution from the company if you are 50+.

4 Weeks of PTO, Great 401k plan, comprehensive health and life insurance coverage for employees and families. FMLA for maternity and paternity leaves are best in class.

401k i s awesome. I've never experienced of a company contributing so much to employee retirement. Way above average.
