Benefits have taken a nose dive since the Bombardier acquisition. Really has made me look for a new opportunity. HR is absolutely terrible to ever have to communicate with. Solely on side of the company and does not care about employees in the least. No help when dealing with difficulties. If traveling for work good luck getting reimbursed and remember HR isn't going to help at all.

Still the cost. While the new benefits aren't as good as they were, it's still a great package
