Pros

Above average amounts of training because of how involved and tedious their software platform has become.

Cons

Poor management style, passive aggressive leadership focused on making their low end products seem more successful and functional than they actually are. All apps have poor quality control. You will be apologizing for these products malfunctioning as part of your everyday conversations with clients. Their sql based software products have been manipulated by client feedback to the point where even Yardi cannot keep up with training/instructions for optimal results.
