Pros

The company has a great forward-thinking plan for the future, and makes the effort to dedicate the resources to make it happen. Everyone I have met is happy to work there, dedicated and enthusiastic. I feel as though we are expected to work hard, but are also expected to have a life outside of work. The learning curve is steep, the skill set is diverse, but I feel as though my contribution is valued and my effort is appreciated.

Cons

The company is growing at an impressive rate, and it will be a challenge to see if it can retain the friendly/family culture and commitment to excellence.

Pros

Management is supportive. All have the same goal in mind which is to keep the clients happy and continue to develop a quality program. Office environment is very relaxed but productive. Each office has its own identity but still has the Santa Barbara personality intertwined.

Cons

Cons are what are usually associated with any employer. Occasional long hours and fire drills. Employee retention makes upward mobility limited to middle management (is that really a con that it retains employees well?).
