Pros

There were some genuinely good people working there. Paid training for six weeks was great.

Cons

The trainer they had in TBay was beyond unprofessional and treated his trainees as if they were total trash. I was threatened a write-up because I forwarded a customer to a different department. They TOLD me to do it. Then said I could have handled it myself. When I asked how I should have solved the problem, it took THREE different trainers to attempt to find the answer. That was the final straw for me. Never mind the breaks that are not even long enough to use the restrooms.

Pros

Supports virtual work Health plans of high quality and good value Finds excellent client facing billable employees

Cons

No work life balance. Complete home office expense born by employee Supervisors/managers do not have functional knowledge of work being sold to clients While the management structure has been flattened, there is still too much (managerial/support) overhead (80+% of bill rate to client) ACS/Xerox Learning Services is moving away from Learning Consulting [which they were good at] to Staff Augmentation [which they are not good at]

Pros

Talented peers/colleagues, legacy employees have deep knowledge. Flexible work schedule, virtual work arrangements, generous vacation time. Direct management communicate to staff effectively.

Cons

Compensation is an injustice. Mandating non sales employees put 20% of base pay at risk with unattainable targets to recover gap. No raises for staff but C suite made sure the inner circle received increases. Absolutely no retention plans. Mass exodus on the horizons. Morale at lowest levels EVER. Ursula Burns is completely out of touch with employees and focused on her own aspirations.
