Pros

Flexible with schedule and hours. Lots of amazing (but old) tech. Rank and file people are a wonderiful bunch to work with.

Cons

Company direction unknown to even VP's. Current senior mgmnt communication is the worst I have ever seen Layoffs are constant, outsourcing too Corporate raider is running the company and you can tell only cares about money Very view young folk left in company The company, and area (Rochester) is dying off. Its like being on the Titanic and knowing its going to sink. Benefits are so bad that smaller companies in the area have better that Xerox

Pros

Remote position allowed a lot of flexibility in my schedule.

Cons

Lots of layoffs. The company is splitting into two separate companies causing a huge reduction in force.

Pros

Good middle-management; easy to work with. Congenial atmosphere, in spite of the fact that the team is spread over several states.

Cons

No raises for five years, in spite of excellent reviews. Major brain-drain, as the people with knowledge of the product have left for positions with competitors..
