      Pros

      Good Company with lots of process cooked-up for managing huge number of employees. Good policies laid out. Very competitive environment to learn work and diplomacy. Good Onsite opportunities Good Training facilities

      Cons

      Lots of processes and policies.....most of them are not clearly visible and understood. Constant follow-up on approvals required, apart from regular work. Project Managers do not have any control on finances and on giving clean appraisals. Very diplomatic even in not necessary matters. 1:5 working ratio. Management silent or not willing to pay for the extra work.
