Pros

Young, dynamic, respectful company. Hierarchy is not as present as in other similar firms, allowing young consultants to contribute internally. Relationships with personal managers are usually good and relaxed. Very good work life balance when comparing with other digital consulting firms. Great humble people. You will make friends for sure.

Cons

Need luck to get staffed on the interesting client projects. Because most are uninteresting, or the client organisation is so stiff that nothing will actually get done... this is the same for the vast majority of digital consulting firms, unfortunately. Be sure you know what digital consulting is really about! Your personal manager is the only person at the firm who represents you and helps you with your career development. If they don't care (it happens), or if they are too young and lack a powerful voice, or if they have too much work on their hands to dedicate time for you, you will be sent on the less interesting client projects.

Pros

- Great people to work with (Analyst - Managers) - Sociable team - Good benefits - Ability to travel for work (Mainly Paris)

Cons

- Lack of direction from Management to help consultants specialise in different domains within Tech/IT - Often analysts and consultants are utilised on projects that they have 0 experience or even interests in doing - Lack of clients/projects, mainly financial services - Unclear promotion structure from Consultant upwards - Huge rally for hiring grads, however, not enough seniors to provide mentorship - Senior Management.. needless to say more - Opportunities for training / 0 partnerships with tech vendors to provide specific training (i.e. AWS etc) - Unstructured graduate program .. Many of the grads have low knowledge of tech domains
