Pros

It's fun to play hide and seek, and catch the thieves in the end. You can wear what you want, sometimes set your own hours.

Cons

Some store managers are not cool. You have to always keep your cover...even to employees.

Pros

Great place to work as a entry level associate, Stock program is good decent benefits. Great team environment. Would go back.

Cons

After busting butt for 4 years I was promoted to supervisor, It was all down home from there. No respect, management was happy to let you know how easy it was to replace you. Massive hours, yet never enough accomplished.

Pros

It was relatively easy to get a job off, even though it was usually met with some kind of remark insinuating that any days taken off, are too many.

Cons

Every walmart that either I or someone else I talked to has worked at, said that it has no management skills. I know I experienced it. They work you into the ground, with medium pay. Then the management has no clue what is going on with the workers or generally how things work...
