Leadership are a bunch of gaslighters who tell you we won’t be letting anyone else go then continue to lay off people over and over. CEO is not a nice person who doesn’t care about people. All they want to do is shove DEI in your face and call that a win. Constant changes with the work processes and never ending fast pace work.

Recent months some employees were left go with reasons that were not being entirely transparent or communicated honestly by management. They were being promised with job security and shortly after they were being left go. The morals have been discouraging and toxic to team members who stayed at the company. Management intention to improve/repair moral by creating outside-work-hour activities is almost a ironic. Staff employees are not encouraged to learn new skills that could be applicable for improving job functions and thinking outside-the-box is not advocated
