      Pros

      Salary is competitive, I believe very competitive in some organizations like Service and Sales. There is a glimmer of hope with the new c-level management for a turnaround in profitability, driven by a more-serious charge into product launches with leading technologies and major shift in Sales strategy to Partner & Channel-driven.

      Cons

      Repeated loss of benefits: employee insurance costs annually increase, reduction in vacation days annually, meager recognition programs, reduction in company's financial support of mobile device usage and expectation of long, long, long hours.

      When the company was 100% Siemens owned and supported.

      Cons

      50+ hours work weeks and weekends to maintain workload. Lost out on overtime pay once pay exemption changed, promised a pay increase that did not go into effect immediately even thou more responsibilities did. No transition plan in place for those taken on workload from employees being laid off.
