      Pros

      Decent benefits and some of the management (who have not been let go) are relly good people to work with.

      Cons

      Company still trying to figure out who they want to be. With the purchase in 2009 by the Gores Group, company has gone through several restructuring events and lost a lot of good people.

      Pros

      Great people, great technology and great customers. At the grass root their is a genuine desire to do the right thing for customers and to make the company a success

      Cons

      Lack of strategic direction, customer focus, employee empowerment and reward. Lack of career development opportunities. Pay and benefits for all but the top executive have fallen behind those of much smaller competitors. Too many senior new starters on large reward packages lack industry knowledge, technical understanding and market experience and need to be carried by rest of the organization
