Pros

People are amazing to work with. Some dynamic folks who really care about the company. Some innovative things are being done and that is exciting to be a part of.

Cons

Company finally got some stability but top management keeps changing strategies too often. High level information is helpful but sometimes its difficult to see the silver lining on the cloud.

I was always treated with fairness and respect. The company's policies and procedures are very well defined. The benefits were good.

Cons

The lack of company vehicles was disappointing. The car allowance and mileage usually didn't keep up with rising fuel prices.

Siemens lets you do your job. Senoir sales people with seasoned SE support. Products demo better than the competition and they work the first time.

Cons

Compensation plan is wacky. They limit over achievement and adjust quotas accordingly. Not matching 401 k plan is just plainrediculous.
