I love that I work from home. My Boss is very open door and is honest. Great paid time off allotment! It is really nice to work with some many people all over the world!

Cons

I probably could make more money elsewhere. Company is in the middle of a lot of changes- A lot of really great changes so hopefully that will change. 401K doesn't match, and insurance is expensive (But good at least).
