      Pros

      It's #1 Telecommunications company in Europe with great fields of work. Oppurtunities for traveling, meeting with big customers, developing and innovating, well respected wordlwide.

      Cons

      No different than other global companies I have worked for. Time between decisions and execution is an issue, key global roles need to be re-evaluated in order for SEN to be ahead of competitors and be able to follow up with business the way is done in 2012

      Pros

      Many good people work here and some I made true friends with. Mid-level management is normally very supportive, working conditions are good.

      Cons

      Like in any big company things happen slowly or don't happen at all, responsibilities are often unclear and too many processes are missing or not followed. One gets tired to trip over the same stone again and again.
