      Pros

      - gym, relaxation area, canteen - a lot of friendly and fun colleagues - bonus at the end of the project (the game + money) - occasional gifts on holidays

      Cons

      - very few career opportunities - not so many training courses available if you wish to advance career-wise - financial motivation is pretty low

      Learned a lot, had fun, enjoyed the work. Not very well paid but it was a nice ride.

      Pros

      worked on great games during the years Creative freedom and openness - inputs were welcome, etc. i was lucky to be in a nice team cool geeky environment, I loved my job

      Cons

      not the best salaries and there was little growth from year to year. not much bonuses either so financially it was only OK. it feels like they are not on the forefront of gaming as they used to be.
