Pros
You won't get fired, even if you're not around/suck. More vacation time than most studios Some cool projects exist Ubi is very good at negotiating with (ripping off) for government subsidies, and gets huge deals to open new studios in weird places, that then go on to fail miserably.
Cons
If you're hard working and expect others to be, you'll be disappointed. Incredibly wasteful business units suck all the money out of the company. Despite having studios scattered to the back and beyond, only a couple of games are keeping Ubi afloat... this is a very fragile company
