Pros

Ubisoft is a very human company living on European standards of work, which means a pretty good work-life balance, understanding people, flexible hours, but first and foremost: Ubisoft is a creative company, lead by visionnary people that understand games and gamers. And when you're working in the games industry, that's really the best you can ask for.

Cons

Ubisoft has the problems of its size: a cripplingly-slow structure with a lot of office politics, a lot of people running around with no dedicated mission or objectives, etc. Due to the size of the structure, career progression is also quite slow with little opportunities, and salaries are quite low in this very competitive industry.

The friendly work environment, young & smart people. A people's company. Training programs, a human approach.

Cons

Not that organised, without a clear global vision and strategy.
