      Great company, full of opportunities (for employees not contractors).

      Cons

      Most of the technical staff is outsourced via consultant companies that charge a big daily amount from which the consultants get a very small part. Even worse, most consultants will never be hired directly, they will stay for many many years, sometimes their whole careers working there full time with less salary and less advantages and it is almost impossible to be hired directly. Modern slavery one could say.
