      Good place for fresher but not for experience

      Pros

      Friendly environment. All good staff. But, not for experience person.

      Cons

      No holiday on saturday. Life balance is too hard. No proper hikes. Everything will come late example: even offer letter will reach after 1 or 2 months.

      Located in noida. You will get India Today journal to read.

      Cons

      This is not and IT company at all, they treat their employee as a worker or labor with dictatorship behavior. You can't even move from your seat location for break out. You have to wait for hooter to whistle to go for lunch that too with 30 mins. time limit without any proper management. They will deduct your salary in the name of late punch in time for even when you are only 2 mins, late also they will deduct amount from your salary taking team or coffee from vending machine. They won't allow you to come out from the gate for any reason, you will feel like you are in jail.
