The company is quite good financially, salary is on time.
Cons
The ED VKS is arrogant, ill mannered and has a special place in his heart for bootlickers. It is quite surprising that even with such high attrition rates, cash burn, no future outlook for Q&I due to his poor planning and no knowledge of edtech the investors have not fired VKS yet. He has absolutely no sense of how to talk to an employee, shouting, abusing , threatening to fire - this is quite normal for him. My advice : don't join this company. Except him, everything is quite decent in this company.
