You will learn an unbelievable amount in a very short space of time, especially if you come from a non business/finance undergrad. Breaking down value chains, leading research efforts on due diligence/ consulting cases for top investors, speaking to CEOs in multiple industries will all become part of the day to day role.

If interested in management, you can rise up the ranks very quickly to become a Team Leader with P&L responsibility.

Cons
As shared in some other reviews, learning curve on the research floor does tail off after 1 year or so, day to day work can become a bit repetitive.
Probably not suitable for quant-minded graduates, not a lot of financial analysis involved.
If you're not looking to be challenged by high expectations and targets, don't come to work here.
