Pros

1. Nothing and nothing. Ok what about campus ? Seriously guys, do you want to consider Campus as Pros. Oh OK Tesco has one of the biggest campus in Bengaluru and that's it. 2. Chai Point - It is absolutely free. Ok if you like tea join and have Chai from chai point. 3. Anything else ? I have been thinking to add something good but can't find one. Wait wait wait , there is transport facility. But most companies do have don't they. 4. Don't ask for more pros . Done with pros.

Cons

Disclaimer This review is for those people who are serious about their job security, skills and all relevant relating to jobs and only jobs , those who ain't serious and looking for some fun go join Tesco , the great show on earth. 1. If you are one of those who take pride in solving problems simple rule don't join this company others can join and waste time 2. Strictly for those people who don't want to sweat out. The time you realize you would have forgotten even how to write ' hello world' using your fav programming language. 3. Not a software company. I mean it. It is retail and they want a software section that can handle payroll and others. 4. They call themselves product company. If Tesco is one which software product has it released. 5. I am not sure about this but the more I see reviews about this company I still see excellent good blah blah. Give us a break. Time pass company.

Pros

Can have the job till you are tired of it, your core incompetency is valued more than what your good at. Want a promotion, all you got to do is do a major screw up by yourself, blame it on sm1 in the UK and then act like your fixing it for the next 5 years, you will be promoted atleast 3 times due to this issue. Honestly the UK stakeholder do not know their jobs, the bengaluru counter parts just need to act as if the mistake is from UK. Great celebrations of success when there is hardly any. If you are a leader who has been asked to leave from your previous company- Tesco is the place for you-They want you for your incompetencies. The Indian management love the feudilistic way of living, so not difficult to grow once you suck up-to them. Wanna a good hike just present flowers to your bosses spouse on his behalf.Already have pointed out how to grow. Fantastic place to work to get paid and not do any work. Love the 80's this is the place for you, they are still back in that time

Cons

Pros

Good pay. 9.50 near enough just for looking after tills and delegating breaks.

Cons

Idq system is terrible and targets are unattainable during busy periods.
