Pros

Flexible scheduling, turn key operation, with the right owner and employees;this can be a great and fun place to work..

Cons

Owner refuses to give raises to employees who deserve it.. Refuses to allow enough people to be working to be able to provide exceptional customer service.

Pros

My location did not have a lot of people going to the location, even during lunch. So I just hung out in the back with my iphone.

No business equals no job

Pros

Free food, laid back atmosphere during non-rush times.

Cons

Dealing with customers can be a pain at times. Also cleaning bathrooms are part of the duties. So not always the most fun duties.
