Pros

Mostly younger people work there, unique benefits include free lunch every day and monthly movie screenings.

Cons

Despite the size of the company, many departments are under-staffed. Replacing a worker who left may take months or might never happen. Morale can be very low in some departments. Health benefit plans are expensive, especially for those opting for family coverage. No comp time for those who must travel or work over the weekend.

Pros

there aren't many pros to working at subway, but the discounted/free food is a plus.

Cons

subway seems somehow "different" from other fast food places but trust me it isn't. the customers are rude and expect an exceptional amount of service. the owner will have you running all over town to work in his other stores. nothing you put down on your application will matter as far as hours/availability goes. this job honestly made me feel terrible and i really would not recommend it.

Pros

Flexible hours, more or less. and discounted food - which wasn't even that great, because it used to be free before the greedy Marwaha Group took over.

Cons

This is corrupt. Myself and my coworkers were forced to work overtime - OFF THE CLOCK - I.E., UNPAID - I kid you not - OVERTIME with absolutely NO PAY AT ALL - we were forced to clock out yet had to keep working til the job was done whenever we closed at night, under threat of getting fired or let go. This sounds like slavery to me. It's illegal and subway needs to be brought to justice.
