Pros

Great (down-to-earth) people, strong mentorship, interesting clients, and career acceleration. Comparing my experience to my peers', I had much more interesting work and a more engaging team willing to put in time and help me advance than MBB.

Cons

Unpredictable teaming and management styles from pwc transfers. Current team should maintain the booz legacy but stop talking about it like you have a chip on your shoulder.

Sinking ship with zero talent management

- decent brand name (fast getting diluted) - competitive base pay - some interesting projects on the legacy Booz side

Cons

- selfish Partners, providing no guidance to junior staff - pathetic projects coming in from the legacy PwC side. It's a joke that they are supposed to be strategy projects. Most of them are glorified project management exercises. - cutthroat peers who will not blink once before throwing you under the bus. - utter lack of collaboration between the legacy PwC and Booz sides. The two teams treat each other like step-siblings. Joint staffing is a rarity.
