Pros

less politics less bureaucracy genuinely friendly people extremely culturally aware committed to the community and bettering the general well being of the world

Cons

foward planning of the most important asset - people, is often lacking for all but the few that are "fast tracked", no structured development plan or stretch despite it being emphasised as a core objective.
