Too Much Politics and Micromanagement after Restructure/Budget Cut

No Hike since last 3 years Restructure happened this year and after that people moving to new LOB or Teams. Lot of micro management, Lead sitting in singapore tracking the away time for employee, 1PM-2PM lunch & 4.30PM to 5PM Tea Break and other time you have to online in teams (hold in case you joined another call) else you have to be answerable for that.Whole day you have to be the Dev Bridge call and whenever the Lead/VP is free he will join and you also have to joined back at that moment else you will be answerable. people joining after you are getting promotion without doing much as they are favoured by Singapore people while people getting Town Hall Appreciation with top performer still in same position even after 4 yr.
