      Nothing really to count as a pros

      Cons

      Simply an Inhuman bank where people don't care about others. Bank doesn't really care about it's employees. For them work is more important, they'll force you to work on Saturdays and Sundays too. Even if youal aren't well, you'll be asked to work from home. RM Team leaders lacks credit knowledge and expects credit analyst and RM to do their work too. People aren't too concerned about customer services too as shouting and complaining is a daily routine. A big NO to anyone who believe that this bank will add any value/learning to their career.

      Pros

      No advantage to join SCB India. Especially Pune Maharashtra India location.

      Cons

      Worst company to work. They haven't heard or see from employee prospect. They have taken me for Asset Aquasation 4 months back and after with in a 2 months time they have shifted me to liability Aquasation which is completely different from my profile and experience. After calls and several mails to HR management ,they have still kept me in liability Aquasation. now my current manger forcefully asking me to put down my paper with in a month . After joining 5 months I am facing Worst experience in my entire career and seeing zero opportunity to grow my self in future roles at standard Chartered Bank .

      Pros

      Flexible work policy(boss specific), work hard play hard culture, great employee benefits.

      Cons

      Too much outsourcing / Hubbing in bid to cut cost , overly concentrated cliques of a specific race of employees, hire and fire mentality, many talk the talk but few can walk the talk.
