What I really appreciated about working at Sonepar was the strong culture and values, as well as the ambition behind the projects. The digital transformation initiatives made the work very interesting. People were also very approachable and friendly, which created a great collaborative environment. Another thing I valued was that employees’ opinions and ideas were genuinely heard and often taken into consideration
Cons
One of the challenges I occasionally experienced was a relatively stressful work environment, particularly in integration teams. At times, changes in scope, shifting priorities, or gaps in communication between teams could require work outside business hours or during weekends. This was especially noticeable in integration teams where coordination across multiple stakeholders is critical.
