      A great place to grow if you're willing to be flexible! Leadership opportunities and new positions open quickly and you can learn a lot at Sodexo. The key is to learn the systems and apply them.

      I do not believe there are pros with current management.

      Cons

      Poor management, no proper training, and a blame-focused culture made this a very stressful place to work. Employees were treated with little respect, and there were serious concerns about discrimination related to race and se…ual orientation, with no real action taken by management. Staff turnover was very high, personal time was not respected due to constant WhatsApp messages outside working hours, and employees were sometimes expected to ignore safety rules and enter restricted areas without proper authorization. Overall, this was not a safe, respectful, or supportive workplace.
