Pros

I'm fully remote and when I turn the laptop off, I don't have to think about how awful this place is or how mediocre my colleagues are.

Cons

The leadership is vapid, the strategy is nonexistent, and the product is festering. Since the Salesforce acquisition, there is no innovation.

Pros

Slack was great, but the acquisition caused changes that violated Slack’s core beliefs and values.

Cons

Slack no longer covers healthcare 100%, vacation time is tightly monitored, and management is overwhelmed and never knows what’s coming down the pipe from Salesforce.
