      Great colleagues in a fast-growing company, with excellent working conditions. If you are strongly interested in an area, you can get specialized very quickly.       Cons

      As in many consulting firms, you don't often see all your colleagues. When you have been working at a client for a long time, it is sometimes difficult to step out of the project.
