      - High-growth atmosphere of the APAC offices is encouraging and allows for multiple opportunities to get involved in the company and develop your career - APAC team is extremely welcoming and everyone is always available to lend a helping hand when needed - Easy access to teams in other offices/regions for any knowledge sharing

      - Region is still experiencing some growing pains, but expected given the current size and ambitious vision in coming months/years for the company at a global level
