Pros

Systra has good work culture that allows you to have good work and life balance.

Cons

Career progression is limited as there are a lot of existing senior managers within the firm from TSP projects side (acquired by Systra).

Pros

Good culture, management team do a lot to communicate, the use of global model to provide resource is quite unique, big culture of travelling to meet people in other countries and build connections. Work on big projects and everyone is very approachable They do really value the employee and want to build a positive culture

Cons

Dominated by a few big projects, big need to diversify The UK business is a company that has grown quickly and as such several of the processes you'd expect to see aren't in place. Poor accountability for bad performance, the culture can be too nice.
