      - Technically sound employees at junior and mid-level. - Work life balance. - Talent recognition, talented one can go too far. - Extracurricular activities. - Flexible timing. - Lots of projects to work with. - Friendly colleagues, especially seniors. - Well managed office.

      Cons

      - Most of the team leads and project managers are incompetent. - Performance review process is just a formality. - Delay in salary appraisal. - Sadist and bad Managing Director(India). He just takes credits and always demotivates the employees. - HR can be much better and more employee eccentric.
