Pros

The hybrid work schedule is great. You are work from home roughly 90% of the time and are in office 2 days a month. Teammates and supervisors are always willing to help if you have a question or can't quite get something finished for the day.

Cons

Merchandise planner is the entry level role and boy do you feel it everyday. You would think internal teams would have your back, but it's the biggest finger pointing game I've ever seen. Magically, it always rolls down hill to the planner. A new single use report is added seemingly almost monthly for you to check once day, once a week, etc. It's just more to do in your already overloaded day. Benefits, as far as pay and PTO go, are not great but that's subjective I guess.

Pros

The pay is decent however it is unfair at times. You have solo drivers delivering the same amount of product as team driver who split the work yet the pay is the same for doing twice the work.

Cons

I remember being severely hurt one day on the job and a few hundred miles from the home terminal. Luckily it was at my last stop so I pushed through and finished the delivery. I told them what happened and had the injuries to show them when I got back. The reason it happened was because the equipment provided was damaged and unsafe. I told them on the way back I would need to go to a Dr. When I got there they told me I needed to work a few hours later even though I could hardly walk from being in so much pain. They said well in that case you'll need to take a drug test. I said that wouldn't' t be a problem. This seemed to frustrate them and they told me to just go home for the day. So long story short they don't care about their drivers well beings they just look for a way to make it your fault and threaten with laying you off if you don't do what they ask.
