Departments with the highest employee turnover: Accounting & Purchasing Jobs to definitely avoid: Inventory Control Specialist/Analyst (50% turnover), accountant (33% turnover), Truck Driver (Drivers underpaid and have to unload loads) BENEFITS AT A GLANCE. You get 6 paid holidays, 3 Personal Days, 6 Sick Days. Vacation and Personal Days do not roll-over from year to year, use or lose it policy.
