      Pros

      Good work culture. Maintain work and family balance. Diversified product portfolio with leader in many product lines. Good compensation, but not the best

      Cons

      Its a mature organisation now, so vertical growth prospects for fresh engineers limited. Too many work divisions, so you are sometimes left doing only a small piece of the whole cycle. Job rotation is not promoted, so engineer growth is a little limited.

      Pros

      Relaxed attitude to work hours, good vacation and pay, very diverse portfolio of products enables many career move options, large diversity of world sites gives opportunity for travel and job advancement.

      Cons

      Very euro-centric management, difficult to break into "inner circle" if not close to European HQ, diversity of product portfolio can often seem to make strategic decision making chaotic with no overall direction for company. This often translates to job uncertainty at the individual level.
