Lower salaries. Growth is not very fast.

It turned out that there's a complete lack of vision in top management. They are ready to submit themselves to customer, sometimes even working against the interest of the company as long as this satisfies investors and customers. ST's senior management succeeded in losing some top business during the last years which was a result of a consistent effort in that direction. Too sad for a company that prides itself of being one of the top players.
