Pros
ST is a big company with many jobs (marketing, design, engineering, quality, testing, ...) where is possible to learn at the begin their job. The size of company protects against job loss. The values of the company are protect the environment and people, so they area easy to share.
Cons
ST invests on young people: experienced people are a cost and it's not interesting to invest on them. At ST, it's not easy to "invent" new things: the copy / past logic is preferred and it's not easy to propose a new solution or that this solution is accepted. Following this logic, it's not easy to find something to learn when you know your job because it's better to copy/paste rather than create more experienced people.
