Pros

Remote working is still possible

Cons

No job security, Q1 you are forced to enter "death note" goals for the year, and Q2, Q3 there is a check in, only "on track", or "need improve". Your manager can enter the note whatever he wants, and you will get piped at anytime. Q4 is the annual review, manager can write anything and put you on "not meet"
