Plenty of help, support and engagement platforms

Cons

Old school mentality: No remote working in slow business periods or summer, only 1 day weekly work from home. Crazy workload in all departments and brands, not being able to work from home doesn't help as we spend too much time in traffic, we lose an opportunity to be more efficient

I loved my time in this company - the work was varied and interesting, the company looks after loyalty with training, travel, and advancement opportunities.

Cons

There are some very big personalities here who are not professional - you need to navigate them, cos they’re never going away.
