      Good company only for starters students, (nothing more), trainings, fine school

      Cons

      Very very poor management, RH = 0, low salarys, motivation after several years=0, RH politics people with experience is to leave, in this case soon inoth this company will be buyed by a chinise auto company. And also to not forget colective brain wash are a usually habits. In this moment it is a masive migration of resources to other auto companies. Soon , this company will be down. They are lucky with the brand Dacia but not for long.

      Pros

      Creative place to work. Slim staff means fast chance of direction and adoption of new ideas.

      Cons

      Lack of planning + wrong decision making = zero work-life balance. No career plan also leads to lots of office politics, which ruins the whole environment of the place.
