Pros

Hardworking & talented people Opportunities & growth Fast paced

Cons

no traffic lights - team changes, product launches, process changes, system changes .. everything has to happen all at the same time No one believes in process high turn around, higher stress levels management changes too frequent. lack of support. lack of SMEs in most teams due to high turnaround - lot of people operate based on their past experiences. crazy number of meetings/week - working in evenings and weekends is a norm everyone is angry because everyone has too much work to do

Pros

Benefits, which are a good hook to attract new employees for their high turn over.

Cons

-Too obsessed for P&L that they don't care about customers and consumers; continue squeezing to increase GM even when this means getting a lower quality product/packaging for consumers. -So internal focused that in 2016 didn't grow sales, only GM for saving money from trade spend, not a smart and sustainable long term strategy. - Lack of deep shopper understanding. - No training for new hires (learn it on the fly and be pressured for it), no work life balance, you can work all days and weekends until late however if you don't fall into their politics, they would threat you to fire you, that's what they call "motivation". - Managers have no people skills and they would stab you in the back instead of giving you an authentic and timely constructive feedback. - Promotions depends on like-ability or being there for a long time to have a "relationship" with the boys club. "Good" is not "good enough" depending on your likeabilty and politics.
