My direct supervisors and colleagues were an absolute pleasure to work with. Very collaborative team environment.

Cons

Senior leadership is all over the place, I was hired a few years ago and the company was already up for sale. Instead of promoting and encouraging internal growth, the company spends money on acquisition of other companies, advertising of AI, and other useless investments. They’re currently working on offshoring initiatives to replace most staff with AI and outsource the rest to India.

You get to work from home.

Cons

The system has changed. The rater companies now pay per task completed. They no longer pay per hour. This wasn't made clear until after I began the onboarding process. I worked for five hours and was only paid for one and a half hours.
