      There are literally no pros.

      Cons

      My experience was overshadowed by a supervisor spreading false, inappropriate rumors about my personal life. Despite reporting this to HR, the individual was allowed to remain in their position, creating a hostile environment. It is shocking that a payroll and HR giant struggles so significantly with its own internal HR ethics. If you value a workplace that protects you from character assassination, look elsewhere.

      Nothing I can think of. It seems like everyone in every department dislikes their job and are there until something better comes along.

      Everything. The negative reviews are all true. Run.. far away if you have personal values, integrity and value your mental health.

      Opportunity to partner closely with a wide variety of client groups and leaders across different organizations • Exposure to complex HR environments and evolving business structures • Collaborative teammates who were supportive and committed to helping clients succeed • Good environment for developing adaptability and problem-solving skills

      Cons

      Due to multiple mergers and acquisitions, many clients operated on different systems and processes, which created inconsistencies across the organization • The technology stack was not always optimized for HR operations; for example, Salesforce functioned more as a workaround than a purpose-built HRIS, which sometimes made reporting, data management, and workflows more complex than necessary
