Good pay, good people, and good product.

Cons

A lot of people don't know what they are doing at this company. A lot of managers are not from Paychex, and if you are here long enough, management will look at you as a resource to help do their jobs for them in terms of training new hires. For industry standard pay, it's lower here, but the brand will help you beat the competition on deals if you're well versed in HCM.
